The more sexually obvious the title the more views.<\/li>\n<li>There are a number of very good bloggers posting on the topic of sex in marriage some of the professional Marriage Counselors.  Obviously they see what a huge issue this is in marriages or they wouldn&#8217;t dedicate their blogging time to just this one area of marriage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Wrong People Are Reading These Blogs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now I don&#8217;t know this for certain, but I&#8217;m fairly sure that the majority of those that read my posts on sex and the other bloggers posts on sex are more than likely the higher sex drive spouse in their marriages looking for answers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&amp;location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fgp%2Fentity%2FDavid-Schnarch%2FB001IOFH8M%3Fie%3DUTF8%26ref_%3Dsr_ntt_srch_lnk_1%26qid%3D1301506911%26sr%3D8-1&amp;tag=tfwd0c-20\" rel=\"nofollow\">Dr. David Schnarch<\/a> <span class=\"afflink\">(affiliate link)<\/span> would say that the lower sex drive partner controls the sex.<\/li>\n<li>Higher sex drive spouses are looking for ways to take more control in their marriage beds.  That&#8217;s how I got started on my interest in creating a better marriage.  Thank God (literally) that I am married to a generous, good-willed spouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure there are some generous, good-willed, lower sex drive spouses out there that read these blogs but I think they&#8217;re mostly a minority.  As Paul Byerly recently pointed out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.the-generous-husband.com\/2011\/07\/20\/if-i-dont-admit-it-its-not-true\/\" title=\"If I don't believe it, it isn't true | The Generous Husband\" target=\"_blank\">If I Don&#8217;t Admit It, It&#8217;s Not True<\/a>.  Too often we believe it is easier to continue to delude ourselves than it is to work for a better marriage (See:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spring.org.uk\/2011\/07\/why-people-avoid-the-truth-about-themselves.php\" title=\"Why People Avoid the Truth About Themselves | PSYBLOG\" target=\"_blank\">Why People Avoid the Truth About Themselves<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generalities and Stereotypes Can Be Hurtful<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Honestly, it took me a long time to learn this myself.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It isn&#8217;t <em>always<\/em> the husband in a marriage that has the higher sex drive.<\/li>\n<li>Wives aren&#8217;t any less likely to be tempted sexually.
